最近夫に教えてもらった、ことわざ。
This too shall pass
直訳すると、”これもまた、過ぎ去ります”
This too shall passは、格言で意味は
『いい事でも悪い事でも、
それが精神的にいい気分・悪い気分であっても
これらはどちらも一時的なもの。』
is a proverb indicating that all material conditions, positive or negative, are temporary.
だから、
楽しい事・楽しい気分も永遠とは続かない一時的なものだから、そういう時はその瞬間を味わおう・大切にしよう。
最悪な出来事、嫌な気分だって永遠とは続かない一時的なものだから、そう思ってどうにか乗り切ろう・受け入れてうけ流そう、、って事だと解釈した。
”今、ここ”に集中する
Mindfulness（マインドフルネス）にも近いなって思った。
時々、
幸せすぎたり楽しすぎると、
この後やなことくるんだろうなー、怖いなーって心配になったり
生理中はこの世の終わり、、、
ってくらい最悪な気分になるわたしに
すごくぴったりの、いい言葉。
